Edenton-Chowan Learning Center  Precollege              GED or High School Diploma Learning Center instructors are here to help you meet your goals. Attendance in the Learning Center is flexible - you set a schedule that will meet your needs. Regular attendance will help you reach your goals more quickly. Studying in the Learning Center is free of charge. Registration For New Students Registration for new students will be held on Tuesdays, starting promptly at 9:30 (be here at 9:15 AM), and will last about 1 1/2 hours.  Students need to bring their Social Security cards and NC ID cards.  Students who are 16 or 17 years old need to have a parent with them and should contact the Learning Center by calling 482-7900 ext. 2407 for additional paperwork that needs to be completed before registration.   If you have questions, please stop in or call Karen Davenport, Coordinator at 482-7900 extension 2407.
