Travis Hunter

Name: Travis Hunter

Major: Associate in Arts

Expected Graduation Date: May 2013

Activities: Member and Co-Vice President of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society – NuNu Chapter and 2012 Spring Commencement Ceremony Marshall. Applied to become a COA Student Ambassador and has the desire to serve on the Student Government Association once he earns enough college credits.

“College of The Albemarle is giving me the basis for my education yet to come. After my graduation at COA, I want to attend Duke University to work on my Bachelor’s Degree and Master’s Degree in Religion and Divinity. I would then like to attend Harvard and receive my Doctorate in Theology. In applying to become a COA Student Ambassador and wanting to be a part of the Student Government Association, I hope to be a big part of COA’s success by being able to share all of the great things COA has to offer. When not in class, I work part time at Elizabeth City State University in their food services and I also help a church member with their cleaning business.”
