Caring Effectively Class Held in Dare

Gail Sonnesso, Executive Director of GEM in Dare County, recently finished teaching "Caring Effectively" class at College of The Albemarle’s Dare Campus to six participants. The course covers the psychological, social and physical aspects of aging. Emphasis is placed on the factors that promote mental and physical well-being. Upon completion, students are able to recognize the aging process and all its aspects and earn 1.2 CEU credits.
