New Aviation Classes Offered
Looking for the credentials to assist you getting back to work or advance your career? We have some great courses to help prepare you to become more competitive in the aviation industry.

Private Pilot Ground School

This course is designed to teach you the necessary skills to pass the FAA Private Pilot written exam. Some topics we cover include: weather, navigation, aerodynamics and  regulations. Class meets on Thursday evenings, 7:00-10:00 from August 21st to December 11th.

Instrument Rating Ground School
This course is designed to advance you to an instrument rating status. It includes classroom work only with arrangements for the Instrument Rating examination made at the end of the class for you if you wish to take it. Class meets on Tuesday evenings, 7:00-10:00 from  August 26th to December 16th.

Basic Aviation Sheet Metal
Designed to prepare you for the sheet metal field as an apprentice in either aviation or construction.  Covers the basics of sheet metal fabrication & repair, general & industry sheet metal standards, sheet metal forming, shop safety, and tool control. Day and evening classes are available beginning August 18th through December 4th.
FAA Part 147 Certification Exam Preparation Courses
These courses are designed to prepare you for the FAA Airframe and/or Powerplant Certification Exams.  You must have at least 18 months experience in Airframe or Powerplant (or 30 months combined experience) and be able to obtain your FAA Form 8610-2 approval. Scholarships may be available.
