College of The Albemarle’s (COA) Professional Crafts Jewelry students were the featured artists for the month of October at the Pullen Art Center Gallery in Raleigh.
The COA student exhibit showcased jewelry and metalwork created from silver, copper, brass and bronze. These talented students created work in a variety of different styles using techniques including fabrication, forming, forging, casting, and raising, and often incorporate gemstones or enamels for color.
The students featured in the exhibit were Kitty Dough, Michael Johnson, Natalia Titenkova, Tara Britton Wilkins, Britney Anderson, DeeDee Weatherly Wilkins, Dorothy Ansell, Kathy O’Neal-Ringer, Bettie Lowe, Lisa LeMair, Mandy Bartell, Qin Coa and Sishi Wang.
