 College of The Albemarle’s Edenton-Chowan Campus Student Government Association (SGA) recently held a bake sale and yard sale to assist student Amanda Christian who lost her home and belongings in a fire. Rena Jackson, Edenton-Chowan’s former SGA president, presented a $200 check to Amanda on behalf of the SGA, students, faculty, and staff at the Edenton-Chowan Campus. Donations are still being accepted on behalf of the Christian family if anyone would like to assist. Clothing items are also needed.
