All requests must include the following:
- Your first, middle, and last name
- Your approximate dates of attendance
- Your complete COA ID number or the last four digits of your Social Security Number
- Your signature
College of The Albemarle has a $5.00 fee for each official transcript. To request a transcript you may:

Please include a check or money order for the fee. If you prefer to pay by credit card, please provide your daytime phone number so our Business Office can call you for your credit card information. Any financial hold will prevent this office from fulfilling your college transcript request.

Order in person: Visit the Admissions Office at any campus to make the request and pay the fee. We accept cash, check, or credit card (Visa/MasterCard).
Every effort will be made to process official transcript requests two to three business days after the request has been received.
Students may access an unofficial copy of their transcript through myWebAdvisor for up to one year after their last semester at COA ends.GED Transcripts
