Students can pay tuition on-line using E-Cashier. E-Cashier is a service provided to COA students through a contract with the FACTS Management Company.

With E-Cashier, you can:

  • pay your tuition bill in-full on-line
  • budget your tuition payments by making a down payment now and arranging for monthly tuition payments.

E-Cashier will allow you to make payment(s) via automatic payments from your checking or savingsaccount or by credit card. (Please check with your local bank to verify their policies regarding third-party withdrawals.

STUDENT FEES - Curriculum
FY 2012 – 2013

COA SPECIFIC COURSE FEES: Student course fees vary and are dependent on the course of instruction. Fees range from a minimum of $5.00 to a maximum of $50.00 per semester regardless of the number of courses taken. The Board of Trustees has provided the President the authority to establish such fees as long as they do not exceed $50.00 per semester. The President has re-delegated that authority to the Vice President for Instruction. Click here for a current list of course fees.

ADDITIONAL COURSE FEES:

Computer and Technology Fee - Required $16 fee to all curriculum students per semester.

Applied Music Course Fee - $50 fee charged to each applied music course.

Basic Law Enforcement Training (BLET) - $250.50 course fee charged for this course of instruction.

Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) - $115.00 course fee charged for this course of instruction.

ADN, LPN, Surgical Technology, Cosmetology, Medical Lab Technician, Medical Lab Assistant, and Phlebotomy - $15.00 fee charged for liability insurance.

Nursing Assistants - $8.50 fee charged for liability insurance.

Early Childhood & Criminal Justice (Co-op)
- $8.50 fee charged for liability insurance.

MISCELLANEOUS STUDENT FEES:

Activity Fee
- $32.50 fee for students with 12 or more credit hours and $14.00 fee charged to students with less than 12 credit hours.

Transcript Fee - $5.00 fee charged for each official COA student transcript issued.

Student Identification Card - $5.00 fee charged to replace card if lost.

Re-testing Fee (The first placement test is free) - $10.00 fee charge for each re-testing of students

Graduation Fee - $40.00 per degree or diploma; $20 per certificate 

Parking Fee - $5.00 per semester.

Work Keys Assessment - $10.00 per test
Career Readiness Certificate Package (3 tests and certificate) - $30.00
Career Readiness Certificate (duplicate) - $5.00

TEAS Testing Fee - $35.00
