Let’s talk free college classes this fall at COA.

Who says you can’t do two things at once? You can at COA! Through our Career and College Promise (CCP) program — which is often called “dual enrollment” — college-ready high school juniors and seniors with an unweighted 2.8 grade-point average or above can attend COA and earn up to 30 plus hours of college credit.

And it’s completely tuition free!

Students who participate in the CCP program have the opportunity to earn an associate degree that may allow them to enter a four-year college as a junior. Others may choose to complete a certificate or diploma program that gets them ready to join the workforce in an in-demand career right out of high school.

So now that we’ve established CCP at COA is a terrific opportunity, you may be wondering if this is the right time to get started. The answer is “yes.”

While Covid-19 created challenges for our spring and summer semesters, the faculty and staff at COA have been working hard on plans for a fall semester that provides the high-quality education you expect in an atmosphere that feels a bit more like a traditional college experience.

We want to share those plans with you and help you to understand how COA can transform your tomorrow.

Please join us for one of these virtual Town Hall sessions with COA President, Jack Bagwell, and representatives from a number of COA programs and support services via Zoom!

During these interactive sessions we will share:

  • Why COA is the best choice for starting your college education now
  • Plans we have for your college experience this fall
  • What we’re doing to keep everyone safe
  • How to register

You’ll also have the opportunity to ask questions and get answers in real-time.
