Phi Theta Kappa Induction Ceremony Held at COA

Elizabeth City — The Nu Nu Chapter of Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society at College of The Albemarle (COA) held an induction ceremony on Thursday, April 18 at the Elizabeth City Campus.

The eligible membership requirements include being enrolled in an accredited institution offering an associate degree program, completing at least 12 hours of coursework that may be applied to an associate degree, (part-time students may be eligible), holding a 3.5 grade-point average, receiving a membership invitation from the chapter at the college where presently enrolled and adhering to the moral standards of the society. The lifetime membership makes students eligible for transfer scholarships to over 500 colleges and universities.
