ELIZABETH CITY, N.C. – College of The Albemarle (COA) hosted its summer commencement ceremony on Tuesday, July 28, at 5:00 p.m. at COA – Elizabeth City. We celebrated 125 graduates earning 133 degrees and diplomas.
Dr. Jack Bagwell, COA President, delivered remarks, and Kaitlyn Birch, David Seabury, and Darcie Smith were student speakers for the ceremony.
