College of The Albemarle’s (COA) Workforce Development and Career Readiness (WDCR) department, formerly Continuing Education, provides occupational, academic, avocational and practical skills classes for people 18 years of age or older and for those who need vocational or professional retraining and upgrading, and workshops.
